Multiple manufacturers will debut in the strong hybrid segment in the coming years, including Hyundai, Kia, Maruti Suzuki, Renault and Honda

The strong hybrid segment is currently quite small in the Indian market, with a limited number of models on sale, especially in the mass-market segment. In order to meet the upcoming CAFE-III norms scheduled to come into effect from 2027, car manufacturers are exploring alternative fuel options, including strong hybrid technology. In this article, we will look at the 10 upcoming hybrid cars in India.

1. New-Gen Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder

We expect the new Hyryder to get Level 2 ADAS tech, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, a larger infotainment system, an electronic tailgate and more.
