2025 Renault Triber facelift gets a host of cosmetic changes and features additions; no mechanical updates have been made

Renault has updated its sub-four-metre MPV for 2025, reshuffling its design details and feature list without altering its mechanicals. The revised Triber now carries the brand’s new diamond-shaped logo for the first time on an Indian model, placed prominently at the nose. Priced from Rs. 6.29 lakh (ex-showroom), the MPV continues to target budget-conscious family buyers with a refreshed appearance and added cabin equipment.

Exterior updates bring in a reworked gloss-black front grille, smoked-effect LED tail lamps connected by a dark trim element, and reshaped headlamps that incorporate LED daytime running lights. The silhouette remains unchanged, but three new paint choices – Shadow Grey, Amber Terracota and Zanskar Blue – expand the colour range.

On the inside, Renault has introduced new upholstery patterns and a lightly altered dashboard layout. A few feature additions stand out, such as ambient interior lighting, a 360-degree camera system, and a revised digital instrument cluster. Existing equipment like the eight-inch touchscreen infotainment unit, automatic climate control, and six airbags continue unchanged. The lineup now consists of four trims: Authentic, Evolution, Techno, and Emotion.

The engine is carried over without modification — a 1.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol unit producing 71 bhp and 96 Nm of peak torque. Transmission options remain a five-speed manual or a five-speed AMT. For buyers seeking alternative fuel options, a CNG kit approved by the government is also on offer, available across India via Renault’s dealer network.

Warranty coverage remains flexible. A standard three-year or one lakh kilometre plan is offered, while an extended seven-year/unlimited kilometre package can be opted for separately. Despite cosmetic revisions and additional features, the Triber continues to be among the most affordable MPVs in the market, retaining its appeal through value-focused packaging.
