BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro a notable increase in both power and torque; pre-bookings to open on January 30, 2026
BMW India has officially announced the opening of pre-launch bookings for the all-new BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro. Pre-bookings will commence from 12:30 hrs on January 30, 2026 across BMW’s authorised dealership network. The new X3 will be locally manufactured at BMW Group Plant in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
The all-new BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro is scheduled to be launched in India on February 16, 2026. Offered exclusively in the M Sport Professional specification, the SUV brings a new styling identity combined with a significant mechanical upgrade. BMW has substantially enhanced the 30 xDrive powertrain which has resulted in a notable increase in both power and torque.
Thus, in turn, promising stronger acceleration and more engaging driving than before. On the outside, the new BMW X3 boasts completely reworked styling cues. The latest iteration gains a more assertive design language highlighted by the M Sport Pro package. A key visual highlight is the illuminated kidney grille section which enhances the road presence.

It sits between a pair of slender-looking headlights and the signature Daytime Running Lights. As for the performance, it is equipped with a 2.0L turbocharged petrol engine working in tandem with a 48-volt mild-hybrid system. It is good enough to produce a maximum power output of 255 bhp and 400 Nm of peak torque.
The engine transfers power to all four wheels through BMW’s xDrive AWD system. At present, the BMW X3 can be purchased in two trims namely xDrive 20 and xDrive 20d. The former utilises a 2.0-litre turbo engine that kicks out 188 bhp and 310 Nm and while the latter generates 194 bhp and 400 Nm.
