The commuter motorcycle segment in India is set to witness the launch of 3 new models in the coming months

The entry-level commuter motorcycle segment is currently the most volume-intensive category of two-wheelers for manufacturers. Spanning the 100cc and 125cc segments, commuter bikes offer a perfect blend of reliability, fuel efficiency, and low maintenance at an affordable price. In line with this, India’s top two two-wheeler brands, i.e. Honda and Hero Motocorp, are ready to launch new models in the entry-level segment. Let’s look at the 3 new commuter motorcycles launching soon in the Indian market.

1. Honda CB125 Hornet

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) recently unveiled a new sporty 125cc motorcycle in the country, the CB125 Hornet. Expected to be launched on August 1, the bookings for the two-wheeler will also commence on the same day. The CB125 Hornet features a sporty design targeted at young customers.
