Mahindra is on course to expand its ICE and electric portfolio with as many as four new SUVs in 2026 and here we have listed them
Mahindra has started the calendar year 2026 by slotting in two brand new offerings in the form of the XUV 7XO and the XUV 3XO EV. Not long ago, the company had also introduced the XEV 9S and as it continues to streamline and strengthen its India lineup, several additional SUVs are lined up for launch through 2026. Here’s a closer look at what the brand has in store:
1. Mahindra Vision S SUV:
Unveiled in August 2025 as one of four concept models, the Vision S represented Mahindra’s first public showcase of its all-new NU_IQ monocoque architecture. The concept is expected to evolve into a smaller and more compact take on the Scorpio N with a market debut likely before the end of 2026 or spilling into early 2027. Once in production form, the model is also tipped to share its engine and gearbox options with the XUV 3XO compact SUV.
2. Mahindra Scorpio N Facelift:
Seen testing on public roads, the refreshed Scorpio N hints at only subtle cosmetic revisions on the outside with Mahindra seemingly reserving the more substantial changes for the interior. The cabin is expected to benefit from a series of upgrades including new upholstery options, updated trim finishes and a noticeable upgrade in overall material quality.

In addition to these updates, the facelifted Mahindra Scorpio N will more likely gain a richer feature list with features including latest ADAS tech found in its born-electric siblings. Under the bonnet, however, Mahindra is not expected to tinker with the mechanicals as the existing 2.0-litre petrol and 2.2-litre diesel engines may stay put.
3. Updated Mahindra Thar 3-Door:
Since making its debut, the Mahindra Thar Roxx has quickly gained strong affinity towards consumers in the market and recent sightings of camouflaged test mules suggest that several of its styling elements could trickle down to the three-door version. While the mechanical bits are expected to remain unchanged, the interior could receive a host of new features and technologies to keep the model updated.

4. Mahindra BE 6 Rall-E:
An off-road focused derivative of the BE 6, rumoured to be called the BE 6 Rall-E, has been doing the rounds for a while and is expected to sit on Mahindra’s dedicated skateboard architecture. While it may borrow several components from the standard BE 6 including its battery choices, the rugged version could differentiate itself with a more upright and adventure-centric design, higher ground clearance and possibly larger wheels.
