The much-awaited Tata Sierra will be launched on November 25. The homegrown carmaker has already revealed the exterior design and interiors of the mid-size SUV, giving away the triple-screen setup, a first for Tata Motors. The ICE version of the Sierra will likely be powered by a new 1.5 tGDi petrol, 1.5 naturally aspirated petrol and a 1.5 turbo diesel engine, available with manual and automatic gearbox options. The Sierra will also be available in an all-electric guise, which will debut in January 2026.

2&3. Tata Harrier & Safari Petrol
Tata Motors will launch the petrol-powered versions of the Harrier and Safari on December 9. The brand’s flagship SUVs will get the new 1.5-litre tGDi petrol motor, which will debut with the Sierra. The engine will be a part of the ‘Hyperion’ series, and it was first showcased at the 2023 Auto Expo.

The four-cylinder turbo-petrol direct-injection motor will likely produce 170 hp and 280 Nm of peak torque. It will be available with both manual and automatic gearbox options, however, the exact details are under wraps. Apart from the new petrol engine, the Harrier and Safari will continue as it is with no changes to the package.
4. Mahindra XEV 9S
Mahindra is ready to launch an all-new 7-seater electric SUV in the Indian market on November 27. It will essentially be the electric version of the XUV700, dubbed the XEV 9S. The three-row 7-seater SUV will be positioned alongside the XEV 9e, which is a coupe SUV. The teaser has revealed that the interiors of the EV SUV will be quite similar to what we get on XEV 9e with a triple-screen setup.

Apart from this, it will also come with a sliding middle-row seat. The XEV 9S will be based on the INGLO platform, likely sharing the 59 kWh and 79 kWh battery packs with the BE 6 and XEV 9e. The electric SUV will be offered in RWD (rear-wheel-drive) configuration as standard.
