In November 2025, Hero MotoCorp finished on top again ahead of Honda, TVS, Bajaj, Suzuki and Royal Enfield in India
The total industry sales for the month stood at 18,59,048 units registering an increase of 3,26,880 units over November 2024’s 15,32,168 units which translated to a healthy 21.33 per cent year-on-year growth. However, on a month-on-month basis, the market declined by 2,53,132 units from October 2025’s tally of 21,12,180 units with an 11.98 per cent dip.
Hero MotoCorp retained its dominance in the market – selling 5,70,520 units in November 2025. The total was a strong gain of 1,30,743 units compared to November 2024 with a huge 29.73 per cent year-on-year growth. Despite this, Hero saw a slight 5.67 per cent decline when compared to its total figure of 6,04,829 units in the previous month.
The brand commanded the largest share of the market in November – accounting for 30.69 per cent of total sales. Honda followed closely in second position with 5,33,645 units sold. The company recorded an increase of 1,00,757 units compared to November 2024 – achieving a 23.28 per cent year-on-year growth. Its month-on-month numbers saw sales falling by 65,307 units with a 10.90 per cent decline.

TVS Motor Company secured the third spot with 3,65,608 units sold last month. The total figure was an improvement of 60,285 units over the same month last year – giving it a 19.74 per cent year-on-year growth. However, sales were down by 56,023 units compared to October 2025 with a 13.29 per cent month-on-month drop.
Bajaj Auto experienced a relatively flat year-on-year performance. With 2,02,510 units sold in November 2025, the brand posted a marginal decline of 1,101 units compared to the same period last year – equating to a 0.54 per cent year-on-year drop. The slowdown was more pronounced on a month-on-month basis with a 24.00 per cent decline.

Suzuki recorded 96,360 units in November 2025 – up by 18,027 units from November 2024 delivering a 23.01 per cent year-on-year growth. On a monthly comparison, it dipped by 7,094 units from October. Royal Enfield also saw a notable year-on-year increase – dispatching 90,405 units compared to 72,236 units in November 2024 with a 25.15 per cent growth. However, like most others, it faced a month-on-month decline with sales dropping by 26,439 units.
