The variant-wise price of the Sierra starts at Rs 11.49 lakh for base trim while it costs Rs 18.49 lakh for the range-topping variant
Tata Motors has announced the complete variant-wise pricing of the all-new Sierra SUV in the Indian market. It has been priced between Rs 11.49-17.99 lakh for the petrol variants, while the diesel grades come in a price bracket of Rs 12.99-18.49 lakh. Both the prices are ex-showroom, India. Tata Sierra has been introduced in five trims namely Smart+, Pure, Pure+, Adventure and Adventure+ in the domestic market. The ‘Sierra’ nameplate has been brought back after a gap of more than 20 years in India.
Tata Sierra bookings will start from Dec 16, 2025 across the company authorized dealerships in the country. It can also be booked online at the company’s official website. Positioned between the Curvv and Harrier in the brand’s ICE portfolio, Tata Sierra deliveries are likely to start from Jan 2026 in the Indian market. It will be at loggerheads with Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos and Maruti Victoris among others.
Built on the all-new ARGOS architecture, Tata Sierra has a wheelbase of 2730 mm. The boot capacity stands at 622 litres, which is further expandable to 1257 litres with the rear seats folded. The company claims that it has the largest sunroof in the segment. Some of the notable design highlights includes Night Saber Bi-LED Booster headlamps, 19-inch alloy wheels, Single-piece connected DRLs & Tail lamps, B-Pillar Silhouette, Hidden Window Liners and Clamshell Tailgate.

Tata Sierra is offered in six colour schemes namely Andaman Adventure, Bengal Rouge, Munnar Mist, Coorg Cloud, Pristine White and Pure Grey. The SUV boasts of the HorizonView Triple Screen setup with a 12.3-inch passenger display, 12.3-inch central infotainment system, and a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster. It comes with Arcade Suite with 30+ apps for entertainment, gaming, streaming and browsing.
Tata Sierra is presented with three terrain modes namely Normal, Wet and Rough. The SUV is also packed with in-built navigation with Mappls Auto which requires no Smartphone integration to access routes. It also comes with a 360° HD surround view system with 4Sight Blind Spot feature. It is claimed to be India’s first SUV to be equipped with an AR Heads-Up Display.

As for safety, the Sierra comes loaded with Level 2 ADAS suite with 22 advanced features, including Intelligent Speed Assist (ISA). A special mention goes to the Dolby Atmos with a 12 speaker JBL Black system which includes a central speaker, subwoofer, and a SonicShaft Soundbar. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are offered as standard features.
Mechanically, the Sierra is offered with three engine options. The entry-level and mid-spec petrol variants are fitted with a naturally-aspirated 1.5L Revotron engine with top power of 104.5 bhp and peak torque of 145 Nm. They can be availed with a 6-speed manual and 7-speed DCA automatic gearbox.
The range-topping petrol grade gets the all-new 1.5L turbocharged TGDi Hyperion engine with max power of 158 bhp and highest torque of 255 Nm. It is available exclusively with a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission. The diesel variants are available with 1.5L Kyrojet engine which pumps out 116 bhp and 260 Nm. It can be availed with 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic units.
