Royal Enfield Bullet 650 will go on sale in the coming months and it could be positioned at the entry point of the 650 cc range
Royal Enfield has moved the Bullet label into a more upmarket brand as it now becomes part of the company’s 650 cc family. After being unveiled globally at EICMA 2025 in Milan and later shown at MotoVerse 2025 for Indian enthusiasts, the Bullet 650 is expected to go on sale in the coming months and it could be positioned just beneath the Classic 650 Twin in the hierarchy.
Under the tank sits the 647.95 cc parallel-twin engine shared with the brand’s flagship motorcycles. It develops 47 horsepower along with 52.3 Nm of torque. A six-speed transmission with a slipper clutch comes as standard. The overall style sticks firmly to its earlier roots which is exactly the direction Royal Enfield intended.
In overseas markets such as the USA and the UK, the motorcycle has already been introduced in paint options like Cannon Black and Battleship Blue and the same finishes are expected for the Indian version. We expect it to arrive at around Rs. 3.60 lakh ex-showroom.

The motorcycle wears a broad rounded fuel tank with traditional hand-drawn pinstripes while the chrome mudguards recreate the look of the older generation Bullets. The iconic pilot lamps retain their usual spot at the front. Even though LED components have been used across the lighting setup, the structure, glow and cosmetic cues remain close to the original model’s appearance.
Stopping power comes through a 320 mm disc at the front and a 300 mm disc at the rear – both operated with a dual-channel ABS system. Tyres sized 100/90 at the front and 140/70 at the back give it a wider footprint compared to the smaller Bullet 350. The bike weighs 243 kg, measures over 2.3 metres from end to end, offers 154 mm of ground clearance and has a seat height of 800 mm. Fuel capacity is listed at 14.8 litres.

A steel twin-downtube frame supports conventional telescopic forks offering 120 mm of travel while the rear uses twin shock absorbers with 90 mm movement. The motorcycle stands on a classic combination of a 19-inch wheel at the front and an 18-inch unit at the rear which maintains the upright stance and planted road mannerisms associated with the Bullet name.
