Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 will use a newly developed 750 cc parallel-twin motor – likely producing over 55 hp maximum power and 60 Nm of torque
Royal Enfield is gearing up to crown its adventure motorcycle range with a new top-spec offering, the Himalayan 750, positioned above the existing Himalayan 450. Although an electric Himalayan is also in development, the ICE powered version will take priority with its official unveiling expected next year and an India launch likely to follow towards the end of 2026. The global reveal is widely speculated for EICMA 2026 in Italy.
The brand already confirmed that the Himalayan 750 will undergo an extended phase of testing across diverse terrains and riding conditions throughout the coming calendar year. A near-production test mule of the flagship adventure touring machine was already displayed at EICMA 2025 but Royal Enfield chose not to share any specifications at the time.
The tail section resembles the Himalayan 450 with its integrated lighting but the flagship ups the tech quotient with a full-colour TFT display which is expected to offer navigation, smartphone connectivity and ride data along with multiple riding modes and electronic aids. At the heart of the Himalayan 750 will be a newly developed 750 cc parallel-twin motor.

It appears to be derived from the brand’s 650 cc platform but re-engineered for stronger low-end and mid-range performance. Output is expected to exceed 55 hp and 60 Nm – paired with a six-speed gearbox and slipper clutch as a standard fitment. Test bikes have also revealed upside-down front forks, long-travel suspension at both ends, dual front disc brakes with ByBre callipers and a 19-inch front and 17-inch rear tubeless wire-spoke wheel setup.
Spy shots from ongoing road tests suggest an obvious touring focus than the 450 – highlighted by a taller windscreen, a bulkier front fairing and what appears to be a larger fuel tank for extended range. Beneath the bodywork, the motorcycle is built around an all-new chassis featuring a linkage-type rear monoshock suspension setup.

Meanwhile, alloy wheels could be offered later as an option. It will be sold in India as well as abroad. The RE Himalayan 750 could be accompanied by a host of new offerings boasting different body styles while the 450 cc and 650 cc portfolios are also set to see major expansion in the coming years.
