2026 Tata Punch will be available in a total of six colours and as many colour schemes; market launch on January 13

The 2026 Tata Punch facelift has begun arriving at dealership yards ahead of its official launch scheduled for January 13 offering a closer look at what buyers can expect from the updated micro SUV. The brand has refreshed the Punch with noticeable design changes while also strengthening its feature list to stay atop others in the competitive segment.

The revised Punch draws clear inspiration from the Punch EV especially at the front. The Pure Plus variant seen here features a black-finished grille section and black wheel covers. Fog lamps are not offered on this trim to keep costs in check as it will be a lower trim above the base Smart and Pure. The new bumper wears chunky plastic cladding with a prominent air intake.

The facelift gets black ORVMs with integrated turn indicators. Moving to the rear, Tata has introduced a new bumper design along with revised tail lamps that look sharper than before. A shark-fin antenna and an integrated roof spoiler complete the exterior updates. A total of six variants including Adventure, Accomplished and Accomplished Plus.

On the safety front, Tata continues to make a strong statement. Even the lower variants of the Punch facelift come equipped with six airbags as standard, along with ESP, iTPMS, and drive modes (Eco and City). LED headlamps and remote keyless entry are also part of the package. The standard Pure variant builds on the base with rear AC vents, steering-mounted controls, a rear defogger and a day-and-night IRVM.

Stepping up to the Pure Plus variant, the feature list becomes significantly more attractive. It gets an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, a reverse parking camera, cruise control, a Type-C fast charging port, and a height-adjustable driver’s seat. The extensive features list will make it one of the attractive VFM variants.
