The AX7, AX7T and AX7L variants of the Mahindra XUV 7XO will be delivered first beginning January 14, 2026 before other variants in April
A few days ago, Mahindra brought in the XUV 7XO in India with introductory prices starting at Rs. 13.66 lakh (ex-showroom). The SUV is positioned above the XUV 700 and has been introduced with multiple powertrain, seating and drivetrain configurations. Customer deliveries for select variants will begin from January 14, 2026 while others will follow later.
The XUV 7XO is offered in AX, AX3, AX5, AX7, AX7T and AX7L variants with both 6-seat and 7-seat layouts. Petrol and diesel engines are available across the range. The 2.0-litre mStallion TGDi petrol and 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engines are paired with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic. An all-wheel-drive system is available on select diesel variants.
Pricing for the AX petrol manual starts at Rs. 13.66 lakh while the diesel manual begins at Rs. 14.96 lakh. The AX3 and AX5 trims range between Rs. 16.02 lakh and Rs. 17.99 lakh. The AX7 pricing starts at Rs. 18.48 lakh extending up to Rs. 24.11 lakh for the AX7L six-seater diesel automatic. Automatic transmission adds Rs. 1.45 lakh while AWD adds Rs. 2.45 lakh.
These prices are applicable for the first 40,000 deliveries. The customer deliveries will happen in a phased manner. The AX7, AX7T and AX7L variants will be delivered first – beginning January 14, 2026 with pre-booked customers. The lower level AX, AX3 and AX5 variants will enter deliveries from April 2026. The SUV is packed with features right from the base variant.
The Mahindra XUV 7XO AX base variant comes with 31.24 cm triple HD screens, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Alexa with ChatGPT integration, cruise control, push-button start and 75 safety features, including six airbags. ADRENOX connected technology is also standard across variants. Higher trims add more advanced features and technologies.
They are 16-speaker Harman Kardon audio system with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, 540-degree camera, Level 2 ADAS with visualisation, ventilated front and rear seats, powered driver and co-driver seats with memory and Boss Mode, wireless chargers, ambient lighting and electrochromic IRVM.
The XUV 7XO introduces DAVINCI valve-based damping suspension technology as well which works in tandem with a McPherson strut front and multi-link rear suspension. Drive modes include Zip, Zap and Zoom, with a Custom mode. Mahindra claims the presence of over 120 safety features with seven airbags, ADAS Level 2, electronic parking brake, TPMS and digital video recording included.
