BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro

Pre-bookings for the BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro are already open and it will officially go on sale on February 16 in India

Recently we told you that BMW India had opened pre-bookings for the X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro and now more details and specifications have been revealed about the new top-of-the-line variant of the popular X3 series. Prices for the new variant will be announced on February 16, 2026 and it will be positioned above the existing petrol and diesel variants currently on sale.

The BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro is powered by a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder, turbocharged petrol engine supported by a 48V mild-hybrid system. The powertrain delivers 258 hp max power and 400 Nm of peak torque. Power is transmitted through an eight-speed automatic transmission to all four wheels via BMW’s xDrive all-wheel-drive system.

BMW states that the SUV can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 6.3 seconds. The claimed fuel efficiency stands at 14.61 kmpl. The existing X3 lineup continues with two additional engine options. The xDrive20 petrol variant produces 190 hp and 310 Nm of torque and records a claimed 0–100 kmph time of 7.8 seconds. The xDrive20d diesel variant generates 197 hp and 400 Nm and completes the same sprint in 7.7 seconds.

The M Sport Pro variant features specific exterior elements to differentiate itself from the regular model. Some of the highlights are a gloss black kidney grille section, red-painted brake callipers, 20-inch alloy wheels with 255/45 section front and 285/40 section rear tyres, sleek LED headlamps and LED tail lamps, illuminated grille surround and M badging.

The luxury SUV is offered in a new Brooklyn Grey exterior colour, in addition to Alpine White, Black Sapphire, Tanzanite Blue and Dune Grey. Overall dimensions remain unchanged across all variants. The BMW X3 measures 4,755 mm in length, 1,920 mm in width and 1,660 mm in height with a wheelbase length of 2,865 mm.

The cabin layout and equipment levels are shared with other X3 variants. The dashboard incorporates a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 14.9-inch touchscreen infotainment display. Standard features include a panoramic glass roof, three-zone automatic climate control, wireless charging, a head-up display and a powered tailgate. The front seats are electrically adjustable and ventilated with memory function for the driver’s seat.

Audio output is handled by a 15-speaker Harman Kardon sound system. Interior finishes comprise soft-touch materials on the dashboard and door panels with interior colour options available in Espresso Brown and Calm Beige. Safety and driver assistance features include a 360-degree camera system, tyre pressure monitoring system, electronic parking brake with auto-hold functionality and a suite of advanced driver assistance systems. The BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro will compete with the Mercedes-Benz GLC, Audi Q5, Volvo XC60, Lexus NX and Land Rover Discovery Sport.
