The price of the Renault Duster will be announced around mid-March, while the deliveries are scheduled to commence in April 2026
Renault recently revealed the new Duster in the Indian market, and the pre-bookings are now open for a token amount of Rs. 21,000. 1. Potent TCe 160 & Efficient Hybrid E-Tech Powertrains
In terms of powertrain, the Duster offers the best of both worlds. For the customers looking for a performance-oriented SUV, the 1.3-litre TCe 160 is the one to choose, putting out 163 hp and 280 Nm of peak torque. On the other hand, Renault is also offering its strong Hybrid E-Tech powertrain, which uses a 1.8-litre petrol motor and 1.4 kWh battery pack, claiming best-in-class efficiency and up to 80% EV mode in city drive conditions.

The Duster comes with a 10.1-inch OpenR Link infotainment system with Google built in. Renault claims that it is the first time for a mass-market car in India to offer built-in Google connectivity, offering native Google Maps, real-time traffic, streaming apps, voice assistance and a direct Play Store with 100+ compatible apps. This means that customers can use all these features without pairing their smartphones.

The Renault Duster features a best-in-class boot capacity of 518 litres, measured up to the parcel shelf. This puts the SUV far ahead of the rivals, and can be useful for customers who frequently travel long distances with family.
