2026 Aprilia RS 457 and Tuono 457 have their prices reduce by up to Rs. 29,000; the former gets new colours and a special edition
Aprilia India has introduced the MY versions of the RS 457 and Tuono 457 in the domestic market while reducing their prices. The duo received a notable price jump following the arrival of the GST 2.0 tax slab but now the asking prices have been brought down. The 2026 Aprilia RS 457 GP Replica shade made its global debut at the EICMA show late last year and is currently priced at Rs. 4.37 lakh (ex-showroom).
Compared to the standard variant, the RS 457 GP Replica is around Rs. 15,000 dearer and it replicates the design of the RS-GP race machine with sporty accents. It gets features such as adjustable clutch and brake levers and bi-directional quickshifter as standard. The supersport can be bought with the bi-directional quickshifter in other paint schemes by paying Rs. 25,000 extra.
The Aprilia RS 457’s price tag shot up to the vicinity of Rs. 4.50 lakh (ex-showroom) due to the GST 2.0 regime as the brand passed on the tax jump to customers. The 2026 MY version is now priced at Rs. 4.22 lakh (ex-showroom) for the new Coral Blue Snake and Arsenic Yellow paint-jobs courtesy of a price drop close to Rs. 29,000. The 2026 Aprilia Tuono 457, on the other hand, costs Rs. 3.97 lakh (ex-showroom).
The naked streetfighter’s price has been reduced by Rs. 27,000 this time around and it continues to share the 457 cc liquid-cooled parallel twin motor with the RS 457 along with most of the mechanical components including the swingarm and chassis. The GST 2.0 regulations led to motorcycles above 350 cc incurring a higher tax rate of 40 per cent which led to the Tuono’s sticker tag going up to Rs. 4.24 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Aprilia RS 457 produces about 47.6 PS of power and 43.5 Nm of torque, linked with a 6-speed gearbox and a slipper clutch. Sitting on a twin-beam aluminium frame with preload-adjustable 41 mm USD front forks and a rear monoshock, it rides on 17-inch alloy wheels with 320 mm front and 220 mm rear discs featuring dual-channel ABS and ByBre callipers. Its electronic suite comprises ride-by-wire throttle, three riding modes and switchable traction control along with all LED lighting and a full-colour 5-inch TFT display. 
It has a kerb weight of 175 kg, a 13-litre fuel tank and 800 mm seat height. The Aprilia Tuono 457 features a minimalist streetfighter design with sleek LED lighting setup, a compact structure and exposed bodywork.
