The 2026 Isuzu V-Cross comes with a 4WD system and auto-locking differential as standard fitment across the entire variant line-up
Isuzu India has launched the 2026 V-Cross in a price range of Rs 25.50-30.28 lakh (ex-showroom) in the country. The pick-up comes with subtle visual updates and new features while equipped with a 4WD system and auto-locking differential as standard fitment. The 4×2 variants have been discontinued and it will now be available only in a 4×4 version. The 2026 Isuzu V-Cross is at loggerheads with Toyota Hilux pick-up in the Indian market.
First things first, the 2026 Isuzu V-Cross flaunts a refreshed front fascia with minor revisions to the grille and bumper. The front grille now boasts of black lower lip while the bumper gets less cladding. The faux skid plate has gone for a toss. However, the LED projector headlamps and bumper-mounted front fog lamps have been carried over from the outgoing model.
The 2026 V-Cross rides on newly-designed 18-inch alloy wheels while the black wheel arches and side body cladding have been omitted from the new model. The updates inside the cabin are more substantial as it gains a new floating 10.3-inch central touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. The contrast trim inserts on the dashboard and doors have been removed from the new version of the pick-up.

Just so you know, the previous model of the V-Cross used to come with a 9-inch touchscreen unit. In addition, the 2026 version of the pick-up gets a 360-degree camera, Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) and an 8-speaker sound system. The safety features have been retained from the 2025 model which includes 6-airbags, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Traction Control System (TCS) and Hill Descent Control (HDC).
Under the hood, the 2026 Isuzu V-Cross packs the same 1.9L 4-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine which generates max power of 161 bhp at 3600 rpm and peak torque of 360 Nm between 2000-2500 rpm. The BS6 Phase II compliant diesel engine comes with a 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic transmission. The Shift-on-the-fly 4WD System is standard across the entire variant range.

The 2026 Isuzu V-Cross is offered in three variants namely 4WD MT Z, 4WD MT Z Prestige and 4WD AT Z Prestige. Tipping the weighing scale at 2510 kg (Gross Vehicle Weight), it can be availed in a total of seven exterior colours namely Silky White Pearl, Black Mica, Red Spinel Mica, Nautilus Blue, Galena Grey, Silver Metallic, and Splash White.
