Royal Enfield posted 93,781 units in the month of January 2026 as against 81,052 units with a YoY volume growth of 15.7 per cent in India
Royal Enfield recorded a domestic tally of 93,781 units in the month of January 2026 as against 81,052 units during the same period last year with a YoY volume increase of 15.7 per cent. The brand finished sixth in the overall two-wheeler manufacturers’ sales standings with a market share of 4.87 per cent as against 5.31 per cent.
It led to a minor YoY drop of 0.44 per cent. The sales performance shows the continued dominance of its 350 cc portfolio with the range accounting for the bulk of overall volumes. The Classic 350 sat at the top with 34,981 units – registering a 14 per cent year-on-year increase over 30,582 units sold in January 2025.
On a month-on-month basis, however, it remained almost flat compared to 34,958 units in December 2025. Following closely in the second position was the Bullet 350 which recorded 22,345 units last month against 19,163 units a year earlier with a 17 per cent YoY rise. Despite this healthy annual growth, it experienced a 10 per cent decline compared to 24,849 units sold in the previous month of December 2025.

The Hunter 350 secured the third position with 20,329 units – up a strong 28 per cent YoY from 15,914 units – although it saw a marginal 2 per cent MoM dip from 20,654 units. The Meteor 350 continued to contribute significantly within the middleweight cruiser space – posting 9,921 units in January 2026 compared to 8,373 units during the corresponding period last year.
It resulted in an 18 per cent YoY improvement. However, sales slipped slightly by 2 per cent over December’s 10,097 units. Among the large capacity motorcycles, the 650 Twins range registered 2,666 units with a 15 per cent YoY decline from 3,130 units in January 2025. The Himalayan followed with 1,634 units – down 40 per cent YoY from 2,715 units but it recorded a sharp 67 per cent MoM growth.

The Guerrilla 450 emerged as one of the strongest gainers – clocking 961 units compared to 349 units a year ago with an impressive 175 per cent YoY surge. It also grew 136 per cent over 408 units sold in December 2025. The Super Meteor posted 893 units – up 19 per cent YoY from 749 units last year. At the lower end of the chart, the Shotgun managed 51 units, down 34 per cent YoY from 77 units.
