Hyundai Venue HX8 Diesel AT gets front ventilated seats, dual-tone leatherette upholstery with Venue branding, an four-way adjustable electric driver seat, etc
Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has announced a major milestone for the updated Venue as the compact SUV has now surpassed 1 lakh bookings in the domestic market in just over four months since the commencement of reservations and its official debut. To further strengthen the lineup, the company has also introduced a new HX8 Diesel Automatic variant which carries a price tag of Rs. 13,69,900 (ex-showroom).
With this new option, Hyundai is expanding the accessibility of the Venue range to a wider set of buyers. Powering the new variant is the familiar U2 1.5-litre four-cylinder CRDi diesel engine which is coupled with a 6-speed automatic transmission. The Korean auto major says the new configuration should appeal to customers who prefer effortless driving without compromising performance.
The sub-four-metre SUV can also be bought with a 1.2L NA petrol and a 1.0L turbo petrol engine. Along with the updated powertrain option, the HX8 Diesel AT also gets a long list of modern features and technologies. The cabin comprises front ventilated seats, dual-tone leatherette upholstery with Venue branding and an electric four-way adjustable driver seat. Tech-based features are also a significant highlight of the new variant.
