Hero introduces HF Deluxe Pro with updated technology, LED lighting at the front and a digital instrument console with low fuel indicator

Hero MotoCorp has added a new variant to its HF Deluxe commuter lineup with the introduction of the HF Deluxe Pro in the domestic market. The entry-level motorcycle comes with a handful of upgrades to a nameplate that continues to serve buyers looking for an everyday commuter with good fuel efficiency and low cost of maintenance.

At Rs. 73,550 (ex-showroom, Delhi), the Hero HF Deluxe Pro is differentiated from its siblings with a subtly enhanced visual treatment, digital instrumentation and LED lighting. The new body graphics brings a refreshed design appeal with chrome touches contributing to a slightly more premium stance. In addition, a segment-first LED headlamp sits at the front framed by a high-intensity position lamp styled into a crown-like shape.

The homegrown manufacturer has also moved to a digital instrument cluster for this variant – offering a cleaner layout and a real-time display of basic vehicle metrics. One of the small but practical additions is a low fuel indicator built into the speedometer – useful in city traffic and extended commutes alike. Under the skin, the mechanicals stay largely unchanged.

Hero-HF-Deluxe-Pro-1.jpgThe 2025 Hero HF Deluxe Pro uses the familiar 97.2 cc single-cylinder air-cooled motor that produces 7.9 bhp maximum power at 8,000 rpm and 8.05 Nm of peak torque delivered at 6,000 rpm. Hero’s i3S idle stop-start system is part of the package too. It is designed to reduce fuel wastage during prolonged idling – especially in traffic scenarios.

A low-friction engine setup combined with specially developed tyres to reduce rolling resistance contributes to fuel economy gains according to the brand. The suspension duties are managed by telescopic front forks and a 2-step adjustable twin rear suspension. The motorcycle runs on 18-inch wheels shod on tubeless tyres. Braking hardware features a 130 mm rear drum setup.
