In the list of top 10 scooters in June 2025, Honda Activa continued to lead the way ahead of TVS Jupiter, Suzuki Access, Honda Dio and TVS Ntorq
The top 10 domestic scooter sales chart took a huge turn in the month of June 2025 with the Honda Activa facing a significant year-on-year drop while the TVS Jupiter posted its strongest growth in recent months. Despite leading the tally by volume, the Activa’s drop has narrowed its lead over the Jupiter.
The Honda Activa’s sales for June 2025 stood at 1,83,265 units – a fall of over 50,000 units compared to the same month last year. The 21.47 per cent drop positions it as one of the biggest decliners on the list. The Jupiter, by contrast, climbed to 1,07,980 units – up by 35,880 units year-on-year with a rise of 49.76 per cent. The TVS offering now sits comfortably in second place and has made substantial ground in the segment hierarchy.
It was the only other scooter in India to post over one lakh unit sales last month. The Suzuki Access retained third spot with 51,555 units – a marginal fall of 637 units over last June. The Honda Dio recorded a sharper contraction – down 8,306 units to close at 24,278 reflecting a 25.49 per cent fall. The TVS Ntorq, meanwhile, also ended lower with a 17.94 per cent decline translating to 22,822 units sold in June 2025.

Further down the order, Bajaj’s Chetak marked a steady gain – up 7.03 per cent year-on-year to 17,864 units and it was the most sold electric offering within the segment. The Burgman from Suzuki also showed positive growth with a mild 4.07 per cent uptick – ending the month at 15,733 units.
The Yamaha RayZR and TVS iQube saw their volumes shrink on a YoY basis. The former’s June sales dropped to 14,274 units – down 5.99 per cent – while iQube declined to 14,244 units with a volume de-growth of 6.35 per cent. The Ola S1 range’s retail performance was among the most notable declines.

The sales in June 2025 closed at 20,190 units – a sharp drop of over 16,000 units from June 2024 – marking a 45.22 per cent decline and placing it at the bottom of the top 10 list. The total volumes for the top 10 scooters stood at 4,72,205 units last month.
