Hyundai India has announced minimum benefits of up to Rs 1.38 lakh on the purchase of its select models in the country. These benefits include GST 2.0 reduction and additional offers on the purchase of Venue, Exter, i20, Grand i10 Nios and Aura in the Indian market. These benefits do not include the extra bonuses for the CSD and KPKB customers while an additional scrappage offer is also available on producing a valid certificate of deposit. In this piece, we will talk about these benefits model-wise on buying Hyundai cars.
Starting with the Venue, it now has a starting price of Rs 7.26 lakh which is down by over Rs 68k from its previous starting price of Rs 7.94 lakh. In addition, the South-Korean brand is providing additional offers of up to Rs 70k, and hence by taking the overall benefits to up to Rs 1.38 lakh. The range-topping 1.5L petrol variant now costs Rs 10.63 lakh.
Talking about Hyundai Exter price, it has come down to Rs 5.68 lakh from Rs 6.21 lakh with a minimum reduction of Rs 53k due to the recent GST reforms. In addition, extra benefits of up to Rs 50k are being rolled out on the purchase of the Exter. Hence, the customers can make total savings of nearly Rs 1.03 lakh on buying the micro-SUV from today onwards.

Coming to Hyundai i20, it has become quite cheaper post the roll out of GST 2.0 in the country. The ex-showroom price of Rs 7.51 lakh has been slashed by Rs 64k, bringing it down to Rs 6.87 lakh. Moreover, the company is offering additional benefits worth up to Rs 50,000. Hence, taking the total to Rs 1.14 lakh. Despite the reduction, Tata Altroz and Maruti Baleno are more economical alternatives in this segment at starting price of Rs 6.30 lakh and Rs 5.99 lakh, respectively.
As for the Grand i10 Nios, it will now be available at Rs 5.47 lakh as compared to pre GST 2.0 price of Rs 5.98 lakh due to reduction by Rs 51k. Furthermore, extra benefits of up to Rs 55,000 are being doled out on the purchase of the hatchback. Therefore, the buyers can save a total of up to Rs 1.06 lakh on the Grand i10 Nios.

Last but not the least, Hyundai Aura has received a price cut of more than Rs 55k for the base variant. The sedan has a new starting price of Rs 5.98 lakh against the previous retail value of Rs 6.54 lakh. In addition, Hyundai is offering benefits of up to Rs 40,000 on the purchase of Aura. So, in all, it is available with offers worth up to Rs 95,000.
Though the starting price of Hyundai Creta has been slashed by over Rs 38,000, it doesn’t attract additional benefits like the other models mentioned in this article. The SUV now starts at Rs 10.73 lakh as compared to the previous pricing of Rs 11.11 lakh. All the prices mentioned in this article are ex-showroom.
