Volkswagen Tiguan, Taigun and Virtus are available with lucrative discount deals this Diwali period in India
Volkswagen India has made available a wide range of discounts for October 2025 – covering its models like the Tiguan, Taigun and Virtus. The Diwali period offer focusses on clearing existing MY2024 stock while also making MY2025 variants more accessible – giving consumers an opportunity to ensure substantial savings.
Depending on the model and variant, discounts now reach up to Rs. 3 lakh – making this festive season an attractive time to purchase indeed. The Tiguan R-Line tops the list with the highest benefits. As a full CBU import, the premium SUV is now available with a discount of up to Rs. 3 lakh. Combined with the recent GST revision, buyers see a significant reduction in overall cost.
The Taigun continues to be Volkswagen’s volume performer. The MY2024 units of the 1.0 TSI Comfortline MT are being offered at a special price of Rs. 10.58 lakh while the Highline MT is available between Rs. 11.93 lakh and Rs. 12.95 lakh. The Topline MT variants of the come with savings of up to Rs. 2 lakh this month in the domestic market.

The 1.5 TSI GT Plus trims also attract substantial discounts. The outgoing 2024 Chrome and Sport variants see reductions as high as Rs. 1.95 lakh while the 2025 carryover stock has slightly lower benefits – capped at Rs. 1.16 lakh. These offers allow customers to choose between a more elegant Chrome finish or the sportier blacked-out Sport edition.
The VW Virtus midsize sedan is part of the October campaign as well with the 1.0 TSI Highline variant receiving benefits up to Rs. 1.56 lakh. The Topline trim sees slightly lower discounts of Rs. 1.50 lakh while standard base variants receive Rs. 50,000 off. The DSG-equipped GT variants are offered with up to Rs. 90,000 off and manual GT trims carry smaller reductions of around Rs. 50,000.
