Being Mini’s first EV model in India, the Countryman SE All4 is powered by a 66.4 kWh battery pack for a driving range of 440 km (WLTP cycle)
Mini India has launched the new Countryman SE All4 at a sticker price of Rs 66.90 lakh (ex-showroom) in the country. To be sold as a completely built-up unit (CBU), the new Mini Countryman SE All4 EV bookings start from today with deliveries likely to commence shortly. It will be available in an exclusive John Cooper Works (JCW) trim. The Countryman is the only all-electric model from Mini in the Indian market with the base variant being retailed at an introductory price of Rs 54.90 lakh (ex-showroom, India).
The all-electric SUV has been introduced in two colour choices namely Legend Grey and Midnight Black with Jet Black coloured roof and mirror caps. Some of the notable design elements include wider wheel arches, black roof rails, distinctive front grille, sculpted bonnet, flush door handles, side skirts, rear spoiler, short overhangs and slim contouring. The electric SUV rides on 19-inch JCW Runway Spoke Black alloy wheels as standard.
Upfront, the all-electric Countryman SE All4 flaunts LED headlights with a choice of three selectable modes for the Daytime Running Lights (DRLs) in the form of Classic, Favoured and John Cooper Works. The rear profile boasts of redesigned matrix tail lights. The British luxury brand has equipped the e-SUV with High Beam Assistant so that oncoming traffic during night-time driving is not blinded.

Inside the cabin, the new Mini Countryman SE All4 gets JCW Sports Seats with Vescin/Cord combination JCW Black upholstery and JCW Dashboard Trim. It comes loaded with a plethora of bells and whistles in the form of electrically adjustable driver’s seat, JCW steering wheel with paddle shifters, ambient lighting, panoramic glass roof, round OLED driver’s display, wireless charging, and 9.5-inch central touchscreen infotainment system with Mini Operating System 9 and voice assistant.
The owners can also turn their smartphone into a car key via the Mini App using the Mini Digital Key Plus. The all-electric SUV also comes with Head-up Display while a Fisheye camera has been installed to capture selfies, fun moments and videos with sound inside the cabin. The data can be transferred via a QR code. The buyers also get Harman Kardon Surround Sound System, Navigation, Remote Services, Remote Software Upgrades, Apple CarPlay / Android Auto, Teleservices, In-Car Weather and Intelligent Emergency Call.

The all-electric Countryman SE All4 offers three Mini Experience Modes in the form of Go-Kart, Green and Vivid. The driver gets access to several important driving functions such as start/stop, gear selector, parking brake, experience modes and volume control through the Toggle Bar Island. The safety equipment onboard include 6-airbags, Cruise Control, Parking Assistant Plus with 360 degree Camera and Comfort Access for locking/unlocking automatically from a distance less than 1.5 meters.
At the heart, the new Countryman SE All4 houses a 66.4 kWh lithium-ion battery pack which returns a driving range of 440 km (WLTP cycle) on a single charge. The electric SUV has top power of 309 bhp and peak torque of 494 Nm. It sprints to 100kmph fronm standstill in merely 5.6 seconds before topping out at 180 kmph.

The all-electric model features an all-wheel drive system as standard. The time taken for a 10-80% charge is just 29 mins via 130 kW DC Charger with 100 km on range in only 8 mins. However in case of a 22kW AC charger, it takes 3 hrs 45 min for a 0-100% charge.
