Hero recorded a total of 5,16,968 units in Feb 2026 as against 3,57,296 units with a YoY sales surge of 44.7 per cent as it finished on top of the rankings
Hero MotoCorp posted a volume-led performance last month with the brand continuing to rely on its commuter mainstays. Splendor remained the undisputed backbone of the lineup while models such as Glamour, Vida, Xoom and HD X440 recorded notable year-on-year gains. At the top of the chart, the Splendor garnered 3,08,980 units in February 2026 compared to 1,93,791 units – registering a healthy 59 per cent year-on-year increase.
On a month-on-month basis, however, it dipped slightly from 3,10,802 units in January 2026. The HF Deluxe stayed in second place within Hero’s portfolio at 71,717 units – up 2 per cent over 70,581 units sold a year earlier. The Destini 125 turned in an appreciable performance with 27,369 units last month – posting an 89 per cent jump over 14,445 units in February 2025.
The Hero Pleasure, on the other hand, dropped to 7,046 units from 11,656 units a year ago with a 40 per cent decline while Xoom came in at 4,168 units with a 130 per cent jump over 1,814 units in February last year. The Glamour emerged as one of the biggest gainers with 22,677 units, soaring 186 per cent over 7,942 units in the same month last year.

The Passion series too performed well – rising 28 per cent to 20,041 units from 15,598 units while the Xtreme 125R managed 18,481 units – up 14 per cent year-on-year but down from 20,790 units sold the previous month. The Super Splendor declined 7 per cent to 12,972 units while the Xtreme nameplate fell 8 per cent to 2,516 units.
In the electric space, Vida continued to gather good sales volumes. Hero sold 14,320 Vida electric scooters in February 2026 – up 133 per cent from 6,146 units in February 2025 and also 4 per cent higher than 13,830 units in January 2026. Further down the order, the XPulse range posted 3,602 units – more than doubling from 1,698 units a year earlier and rising 25 per cent over the first month of this CY.

The Harley-Davidson X440 also delivered an eye-catching result at 2,078 units against 660 units in February last year with 215 per cent growth while climbing from 943 units in January. The Xoom 160 recorded 774 units and Xtreme 250 stood at 203 units. The Karizma XMR 210 barely featured with just 13 units during the month.
At the lower end, several premium and low-volume models remained negligible contributors. The Sportster S and Fat Boy 114 sold four units each, Fat Bob managed two units and Street Bob one unit. Models such as Mavrick 440, Pan America, Nightster, Road Glide and Heritage Classic ended the month with zero units.
