Honda celebrates 25 years in India with the launch of the special Anniversary Editions of Activa and SP125
Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has today announced the launch of a special celebratory edition representing 25 years of presence in the country. The arrival of the 25-year Anniversary Editions of three of its popular two-wheelers – the Activa 110, Activa 125 and SP125 could not have come at a better time.
Since its debut in 2001, the Honda Activa has become a household name – dominating the scooter market for over two decades while the SP125 has built a reputation as one of the most trusted motorcycles in the 125 cc segment. Bookings for these special editions are now open and they will be available across all HMSI dealerships by the end of August 2025.
Speaking on the launch, Tsutsumu Otani, Managing Director, President & CEO of HMSI, said the Activa has been more than just a scooter for 25 years – it has been a trusted companion and a symbol of reliability for millions. He added that this milestone comes alongside another achievement earlier this year – producing 70 million two-wheelers in India.

The 25-year Anniversary Editions sport distinctive design upgrades including exclusive anniversary graphics, a 25-year badge on the front panel for the Activa scooters and on the fuel tank for the SP125. Both Activa models get a black chrome finish at the front and pyrite brown metallic-finished alloy wheels.
Seat and inner panel finishes vary with the Activa 110 offering café-brown or black options while the Activa 125 sticks to black. The SP125 also receives updated colour accents and similar outer touches. All three Anniversary Editions come in the DLX variant and are available in two shades – Pearl Siren Blue and Mat Steel Black Metallic. They feature LED headlamps, a 4.2-inch TFT display and a USB Type-C charging port.

The Activa 110 and Activa 125 are powered by 109.51 cc and 123.92 cc single-cylinder OBD2B-compliant engines respectively while the SP125 continues to use a 123.94 cc motor. Safety features include a side-stand engine cut-off, Honda’s Combined Braking System (CBS) and tubeless tyres.
The ex-showroom Delhi prices are as follows – Activa 110 Anniversary Edition at Rs. 92,565, Activa 125 Anniversary Edition at Rs. 97,270 and SP125 Anniversary Edition at Rs. 1,02,516. Customers can book online via the official HMSI website or offline at authorised dealerships.
