The MY2024 Kawasaki Ninja 300 in grey shade is available with Rs. 28,000 discount and a free Alex Lowes replica KYT TT Revo helmet
Kawasaki has introduced an more attractive deal for buyers looking at the Ninja 300 as the company is now bundling a free Alex Lowes replica KYT TT Revo helmet on top of the already announced discount for the MY24 version. Earlier this month, the brand had reduced the price of the grey colour scheme by Rs. 28,000 and the latest addition only improves the overall value for customers interested in the outgoing stock.
The replica helmet, priced at Rs. 8,888, carries design inspiration from World Superbike rider Alex Lowes and features his race number 22 along with Kawasaki-themed graphics. While the offer certainly adds more appeal, availability of the MY24 motorcycle may differ from one dealership to another as remaining units are expected to be limited in several markets.
After applying the Rs. 28,000 benefit, the MY24 Kawasaki Ninja 300 comes down to Rs. 2.89 lakh ex-showroom – making it a considerably more tempting option for consumers wanting a twin-cylinder fully faired motorcycle without stretching to the latest model. Buyers planning to take advantage of the offer should still confirm stock status with their nearest dealer before making a decision.

Underneath, the motorcycle continues without any mechanical revisions. It is powered by the familiar 296 cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine that develops 38.4 bhp and 26.1 Nm of peak torque. The powertrain is hooked with a six-speed gearbox and a slipper clutch. The engine remains one of the motorcycle’s biggest strengths as it is widely appreciated for its smooth nature and performance.
Even so, the Ninja 300 does feel dated in certain areas when compared to newer rivals. It continues with a semi-digital instrument cluster and does not get modern electronic rider aids that have become increasingly common in the segment. For those willing to spend more, Kawasaki had already introduced the updated Ninja 300 in May 2025 at an ex-showroom price of Rs. 3.43 lakh.

The updated version did not receive any major overhaul but it did arrive with a few cosmetic and functional changes intended to keep the motorcycle relevant in the market. These updates included a larger windscreen for improved aerodynamics, projector headlamps for better night visibility and revised tyres for added grip. The 2026MY Ninja 300 is available in Lime Green, Candy Lime Green and Metallic Moondust Grey shades.
