Expected to launch in the coming months, the Scorpio N facelift will get minor exterior design tweaks, along with some new features
Mahindra & Mahindra is currently working on the Scorpio N facelift for the Indian market, which is slated for a debut in the coming months. One of the most popular SUVs in the country was launched in 2022 and is ready to get its first comprehensive update. The latest set of spy images reveals some new details, giving a sneak peek of what to expect from the Scorpio N facelift.
To begin with, the front profile will feature a new grille with horizontal slats and an updated air dam, while the headlights, as well as fog lamps, remain unchanged. Towards the sides, the overall silhouette will be maintained, albeit with a new set of alloy wheels. The rear profile is still under wraps, however, we expect some minor tweaks to the bumper.
The biggest highlight of the Scorpio N facelift will be its cabin layout, which will sport a bunch of fresh additions. The most prominent change will be the new free-standing 10.25-inch infotainment system, replacing the 8-inch unit on the current model. It will likely be a straight lift-off from the Thar Roxx.

In order to accommodate the new infotainment system, Mahindra has redesigned the centre console of the Scorpio N, with the new vertical placement of AC vents. The physical controls for the HVAC have been retained, and there are no changes to the aircraft-style switches below it.
Apart from this, the Scorpio N facelift will also feature a new fully digital instrument cluster, most likely borrowed from the Thar Roxx, along with a panoramic sunroof. The overall cabin theme and upholstery will be carried forward as it is, maintaining the rugged appeal of the interiors.

Under the hood, the Mahindra Scorpio N facelift will continue to be powered by the familiar 2.2-litre mHawk diesel and 2.0-litre mStallion petrol engines. The gearbox options on offer include a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter automatic. The SUV is available with a proper 4-wheel-drive setup, paired to the diesel engine, and there will be no changes in this aspect. Although the Scorpio N will remain mechanically unchanged, we can expect some tweaks to the suspension setup as a part of the facelift package.
