MG Cyberster has finally been introduced in India and it will be sold alongside the recently launched M9 at MG Select dealerships; deliveries from August 10
JSW MG Motor India has officially launched the Cyberster under its MG Select premium dealership channel and it will be sold alongside the recently introduced M9 electric MPV which is priced at Rs. 69.90 lakh (ex-showroom). The drop-top two-door electric roadster carries a price tag of Rs. 72.49 lakh for buyers who have already booked.
For new bookings though, it has been priced at Rs. 74.99 lakh (both prices, ex-showroom).
Drawing lineage from the classic MGB Roadster, the Cyberster is a modern open-top performance machine boasting twin electric motors and an AWD layout. It is good enough to produce a maximum power output of 510 PS and 725 Nm of peak torque.
The MG Cyberster has a 0 to 100 kmph acceleration time of just 3.2 seconds. A drag coefficient of 0.269 Cd and scissor doors signal its aerodynamic intent while a 77 kWh battery with 580 km MIDC range and ultra-slim 110 mm thickness is said to back everyday use. On the inside, it comes with a triple-screen cockpit, Dinamica suede with vegan leather, Bose audio system and regenerative paddle shifters amongst others.

The chassis has been engineered under the direction of ex-F1 expert Marco Fainello and is tuned with double wishbones, 50:50 weight distribution in mind and Brembo brakes. Buyers will also get ADAS Level 2 suite, real-time driver monitoring and an H-frame structure which is said to deliver best-in-class rollover resistance.
MG is offering a lifetime battery warranty for the first owner and a 3-year/unlimited km warranty on the vehicle. The Cyberster will be sold via MG Select showrooms across 13 cities in India and its customer deliveries will begin on August 10, 2025. It must be noted that the price includes 3.3 kW portable charger, 7.4 kW wall box charger and standard installation.
