The upcoming Samsung Galaxy A57 5G, a mid-range smartphone, has been spotted on China’s 3C certification website, revealing details about its charging speed. As per the listing, the mid-range phone could offer faster charging speeds than the upcoming Galaxy S26 flagships.
According to the 3C listing, the Galaxy A57 5G (SM-A5760) will support 45W fast charging. The listing reveals support for 10V/4.5A and 15V/3A wired charging.

Meanwhile, the upcoming flagship Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+ models were previously listed on the 3C website back in September, showing a maximum wired charging speed of 25W.
Samsung Galaxy A56
Samsung is likely to disappoint prospective Galaxy S26 customers with this decision. The Galaxy A57 5G will be priced much lower than the flagship phones, but will offer faster charging speeds. Of course, the Galaxy S26 and S26+ will offer a better chipset, cameras, build quality, display, and other features, but it would’ve been an added bonus if Samsung also bumped up the charging speeds.
