Skoda Slavia Signature, Prestige, Sportline and Monte Carlo variants see price hike of just over Rs. 33,000 this month in India
Following price increase of the Kylaq, Skoda Auto India has implemented a price revision for the Slavia sedan as well receiving selective hikes across multiple trims. Among the most impacted versions are the Monte Carlo trims. The Slavia Monte Carlo 1.0 automatic records the steepest increase in the range of up to Rs. 33,690 while the 1.5-litre DSG-equipped Monte Carlo also sees a notable upward revision.
These variants sit at the higher end of the Slavia portfolio and are positioned as sportier and feature-rich offerings which partly explains the hikes compared to the rest of the lineup. The Monte Carlo 1.5 DSG witnesses a jump of Rs. 29,207 in India while the Prestige and Sportline trims have also been revised upward to a slightly lesser extent.
The Prestige 1.0 automatic and Sportline 1.5 DSG now carry higher ex-showroom prices courtesy of hike of Rs. 27,690 and Rs. 25,897 respectively. Buyers opting for the Prestige trim with the 1.5-litre DSG powertrain also see an increase but it remains lower than the Monte Carlo hikes at Rs. 23,207.

Lower down the range, the Signature and Sportline variants powered by the 1.0-litre engine have received more modest revisions of up to Rs. 16,586. Both manual and automatic versions under these trims have become marginally more expensive with increases capped well below those seen on the higher variants.
Notably, prices of certain variants have been left untouched. The base Classic 1.0 manual continues at its previous price point as well. Following the revision, the Skoda Slavia is now priced between Rs. 10 lakh and Rs. 17.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The sedan continues to be offered with two turbo petrol engines: a 1.0-litre TSI and a more powerful 1.5-litre TSI unit.

The former produces a maximum power output of 115 PS and 178 Nm while the latter kicks out 150 PS and 250 Nm. Transmission choices include a six-speed manual, a six-speed torque converter automatic and a seven-speed DSG depending on the variant.
Looking ahead, Skoda is preparing a facelifted version of the Slavia, which is expected to make its debut later this year. While details remain limited, the updated model is likely to introduce cosmetic revisions and feature enhancements, aligning the sedan with the brand’s evolving product strategy in India.
