Built around Suzuki e-Technology, the e-Access underwent rigorous global testing standards including submersion, vibration, temperature extremes and battery safety tests. The scooter uses a Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery offering up to four times longer battery life compared to conventional NMC batteries according to the brand.

Powering the Suzuki e-Access is a 4.1 kW electric motor producing 15 Nm of torque. It features three riding modes – Eco, Ride A and Ride B – along with reverse assist and regenerative braking. A lightweight chassis with an aluminium battery case are other highlights. In terms of equipment, it comes with LED lighting, two-tone alloy wheels and a maintenance-free drive belt designed for up to 7 years or 70,000 km of usage.

Attention to detail is evident in its premium switchgear, tight panel gaps and vibration-free construction. Suzuki has backed the e-Access with an ownership ecosystem supported by over 1,200 sales and service outlets, more than 240 DC charging locations, portable AC chargers and certified EV technicians. Priced at Rs. 1,88,490 (ex-showroom Delhi), the Suzuki e-Access will also be available via Flipkart once retail sales commence.

The electric scooter was first unveiled at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. Under its body panels sits a 3.07 kWh battery pack, securely mounted to the chassis and paired with an electric motor housed within the swingarm. It has a top speed of 71 kmph and Suzuki claims an IDC-certified riding range of up to 95 kilometres on a single charge.

Using the standard 240 W home charger, the battery can be replenished from 0 to 80 per cent in 4 hours and 30 minutes while a full charge takes 6 hours and 42 minutes. With fast charging, these times drop substantially, requiring just 1 hour and 12 minutes to reach 80 per cent and 2 hours and 12 minutes for a complete recharge. The scooter is being manufactured in India for both domestic sales and exports and rides on 12-inch alloy wheels.
