Appealing to fleet operators, the Xpres Petrol is available from Rs. 5.59 lakh while the Xpres CNG is priced from Rs. 6.59 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi)
Tata Motors has strengthened its fleet-based portfolio with the launch of the Xpres in petrol and twin-cylinder CNG avatars, now accompanying the well established Xpres EV. Introduced at highly competitive prices, the Xpres Petrol is available from Rs. 5.59 lakh while the Xpres CNG is priced from Rs. 6.59 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
These prices position the new variants as the most affordable fleet sedans in their respective segments. Bookings have commenced across Tata Motors’ authorised fleet-only dealerships nationwide. Both variants are equipped with a 1.2-litre Revotron petrol engine which is coupled exclusively with a manual transmission and is said to be engineered for long-duty cycles, reliability and durability under intensive fleet usage.
The CNG version sets a new benchmark with a segment-first 70-litre (water capacity) twin-cylinder fuel tank – offering the highest CNG capacity in the category and enabling longer operating ranges between refuelling stops. A major highlight of the Xpres CNG is its dual-cylinder layout which preserves usable boot space – an area where conventional CNG sedans often fall short.

The packaging ensures operators can carry passenger luggage without compromise – reducing booking losses and improving overall revenue. On the other hand, the petrol variant delivers the largest boot capacity in the petrol fleet sedan segment at 419 litres. To keep ownership costs firmly in check, Tata is offering a standard warranty of three years or 1,00,000 km.
It is extendable up to five years or 1,80,000 km – whichever comes first. Maintenance expenses are rated at just Rs. 0.47 per km making the Xpres one of the most cost-efficient sedans for commercial operations. Supporting the expanded Xpres lineup, Tata Motors has rolled out exclusive fleet-centric dealerships in select cities.

Thanks to Petrol, CNG and EV options now under the Xpres umbrella, Tata offers one of the most comprehensive fleet sedan lineups in India. Commenting on the new launch, Vivek Srivatsa, Chief Commercial Officer, Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Ltd., said,
“Tata XPRES was created to address the real operating challenges faced by fleet customers, including passengers and owners. Responding to the needs of our fleet customers, we are elated to introduce the first-in-segment 70-litre twin-cylinder CNG variant with best-in-segment usable boot space, alongside a petrol variant with the largest boot space.”
