The Hero Splendor continues to be the top-selling two-wheeler in the Indian market in December 2025
The Indian two-wheeler market continues to grow at a rapid pace, registering a strong uptrend in December 2025. The top 10 highest-selling models clocked a cumulative sales of 10,49,549 units, accounting for a 42.53% YOY growth as compared to 7,36,372 units in December 2024.
The Hero Splendor continues to reign the two-wheeler segment with 2,80,760 units in the bag, registering a strong 45.90% YOY growth. The second spot is occupied by the Honda Activa, which is the best-selling scooter in the country, recording sales of 1,81,604 units in December 2025. The YOY sales growth of the Activa stood at a staggering 50.11%.
It is followed by the Honda Shine with the sales bar standing at 1,41,602 units, a 40.42% growth over the previous year (1,20,981 units). TVS makes an entry in the list at the fourth spot with the Jupiter clocking 1,20,477 units, a 35.87% YOY growth.

Trailing behind these high-volume models is the Bajaj Pulsar with a 21.42% YOY growth and 79,616 units in the bag. The Access is the only Suzuki model which made it to the list of the top 10 highest-selling two-wheeler list, registering sales of 69,622 units.
The Hero HF Deluxe stands at the seventh position, recording sales of 49,051 units in December 2025, while it saw the slowest YOY growth of 17.59%. The last 3 spots are occupied by TVS Motor Company, with the XL managing to sell 46,133 units. It is followed by the Apache, which registered the highest YOY growth of 117.89%. The Apache’s sales bar stood at 45,507 units, up from 20,885 units in December 2024.

The TVS iQube is the only electric two-wheeler in the list, recording sales of 35,177 units, a massive jump of 75.86% from the previous year. It is also important to note that the iQube is the top-selling electric scooter in the Indian market.
Overall, Hero Motocorp, Honda, TVS, Bajaj and Suzuki are the top five manufacturers making it to the list of highest-selling two-wheelers in the country. Amongst these, TVS stood out with the highest cumulative YOY growth of 52.10%, followed by Honda and Hero, registering 45.70% and 40.90% YOY growth, respectively.
