2026 Bajaj Pulsar 220F gets graphical updates to bring a refreshed vibe with the significant addition being new colour schemes

Bajaj Auto has quietly updated one of its most recognisable nameplates, the Pulsar 220F for 2026. Priced at Rs. 1.28 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), the semi-faired Pulsar does not get a dual-channel ABS system this time around too. While the market has moved on to newer platforms and more modern designs, Bajaj is banking on the 220F’s cult following and everyday usability to keep it relevant.

The Pulsar 220F continues to sit as the performance-oriented option in Bajaj’s popular Pulsar portfolio. Powering the 2026 model is the familiar 220 cc, single-cylinder, air- and oil-cooled engine using fuel injection tech. The motor produces 20.9 PS at 8,500 rpm and 18.55 Nm of torque at 7,000 rpm. A five-speed gearbox handles transmission duties  sending power to the rear wheel via a chain drive.

Under the skin, the Pulsar 220F sticks to its proven mechanical setup. It uses a diamond-type tubular frame coupled with telescopic forks at the front and a gas-charged Nitrox rear monoshock with five-step preload adjustment. The biggest update for 2026 is the braking system. The front and rear disc brakes continue to be supported by a single-channel ABS system.

The motorcycle rolls on tubeless tyres mounted on strengthened five-spoke alloy wheels. In terms of features, the updated Pulsar 220F gets a digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity while lighting duties are handled by a halogen headlamp and an LED tail lamp. Styling elements like the semi-fairing, split grab rails, new body graphics and the blacked-out exhaust enhance its sporty appeal.

Available in Black Cherry Red, Black Ink Blue, Black Copper Beige and Green Light Copper colour options, the 2026 Pulsar 220F is just over Rs. 1,200 costlier than the outgoing model. It has also received LED turn signals for the first time. In 2026, Bajaj is expected to update its Pulsar lineup further and recently, we showed you pictures of the new Pulsar 150.
